Individual and Couples TherapyAll initial appointments will be conducted virtually. If you wish to be seen in-person, we'll discuss this in our first session.

EMDR and Client Needs
1) Traditional EMDR can take months and potentially years to fully process traumatic events in one's life. Preparation for this technique is key and we'll ensure my skillset is a good fit for your needs. 2) You have a regular therapist, but need EMDR to work through past trauma on a weekly basis. We'll only focus on the trauma and you may continue seeing your therapist for support or other therapeutic goals. 3) Recent Event Protocol EMDR is utilized without requiring as much preparation for processing the traumatic event. A rough estimate of length of time for this service is 1-3 months. |
